Anne's vocation as a health care practitioner started in Germany, where she was trained as a Physio Therapist and Massage Therapist. She also learned Shiatsu and did a Body-Therapy Training including Hawaiian Massage, Energy-and Chakra work, Family Constellation, Body Healing and emotional release. She has worked in several clinics, one of which specialized in treating babies and young children, another one in Scoliosis and Scheuermann(Osteochondrosis deformans) treatments.
Anne continued her education with ongoing training and seminars in fascia and tendon techniques, frozen shoulder treatment, Manual Therapy, Visceral Osteopathy and movement-related disciplines like Feldenkrais., Spiral Dynamics, posture related treatment (methode Meziere), and many more. Over time, her focus shifted towards holistic therapies that address all aspects of the body.
Between 2005 and 2008 she trained as a CranioSacral therapist. In her private time she pursued a childhood dream and explored a variety of schools of dance and movement, deepening her understanding of body dynamics and how to achieve balanced and healthy movement.

Her specialties are: posture related pain i.e. from sitting, work, sport injuries, bending, lifting, flat feet, Scoliosis, Post surgical treatment (i.e. mastectomy, C-section and more). ADHD/ADD treatment, Anxiety/Depression, post MVA treatment, frozen shoulder, fascial release (i.e. of abdomen (CNT style) and the whole front fascia), cleaning the body’s energy. And she also teaches clients how to do self-care with easy stretches that use gravity to relax and strengthening exercises.
"In 2009 I moved to Canada. Over the years I have integrated everything I have learned and developed my own style, which combines Bowen, Cranio Sacral Therapy or elements of the Hawaiian Massage, Cyriax Therapy, Chakra reading and Energy work, Cupping, Fascial release, or with other treatment modalities (as needed) and I continued learning more techniques."
